Existing amenities such as the Galpharm Stadium, nine screen Odeon cinema, Kirklees Active Leisure health and fitness club and The Zone, a recently opened indoor leisure facility will be complemented by vibrant new attractions. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, offices, a hotel and a residential area are supported by extensive parking and public transport links.

Proposed new sporting, entertainment and leisure facilities include ten-pin bowling, snooker & pool, clubs, casino and bingo, a dry ski-slope, body flight, a music venue, and the possibility of an indoor golf unit. All preferences will be catered for by a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafes, and retailing will include a major sports store, a convenience store, and some smaller units.

Some 64,000 sq ft (5,950 sq m) of office accommodation on three levels will be available, along with a 150 bedroom hotel. The offices will be accessed via the riverside terrace adjacent to the Stadium Way site entrance. Both are well served with parking and have locations which are suitably prominent to attract prestigious occupiers.

A residential development is to be located at the south end of the site, screened and away from the constant activity of the main body of the site.
